RSPVO M90 Sava is a prototype Yugoslavian Anti-Aircraft Missile that appears in Double Nation Pack: REDS DLC of Wargame: Red Dragon.
Overview[]
For those players used to outranging and picking off Strela-10s with Hellfire-equipped gunships like the AH-64D Longbow, the M90 Sava's enhanced range and HE power will be a nasty surprise. That quality alone makes the Sava one of the best helicopter-killers amongst REDFOR's entire army. Although not as quick-firing as the 9K330 Tor or the 2K22 Tunguska, it lacks a radar and thus cannot be targeted by SEAD-equipped aircraft, and only the Israeli Yas'ur Nimrod, a highly-specialised transport helicopter anyhow, can outrange it.
Otherwise, the Sava is tactically identical to its predecessors and counterparts, such as the MT-LB Strela-10M and M48A1 Chaparral. It excels at supporting ground units by warding off helicopter rushes, while being rather less useful against planes and ground units, and all but useless if it runs out of its sparse ammunition.
