The Teukjeonsa (Republic of Korea Army Special Warfare Command), also known as the Black Berets, is a South Korean special forces recon unit that initially appeared in Wargame: Red Dragon.
History
Originally trained by American special forces, Teukjeonsa have since developed their own weapons and tactics to deal with black ops excursions into and allegedly beyond the DMZ into North Korea. Teukjeonsa have incorporated traditional North Korean food into their nutritional practice and claim to gain an antibacterial advantage from ingesting lightly fermented fruits and vegetables as part of their standard rations.
